About

PÜR Recording Studio (PÜR Cunda) provides professional recording studio services, educational events and similar services, while the TEN brand, operating under the same roof, offers accommodation (TEN Hotel), food & beverage (TEN Restaurant) and a private beach (TEN Beach). Our facility aims to offer guests a private space of their own where they can feel comfortable, relaxed and productive, freeing themselves on their artistic journey, and to provide a pleasant and restorative experience where the distinctive calm of the North Aegean is blended with local flavours.

During your hotel stay you may use the bar, restaurant and beach. The Pür recording studio areas are reserved exclusively for our musician guests staying at the facility to carry out music projects. The lounge area on the lower floor is made available by PÜR only for specific events, on an event-by-event basis.

Reservation Terms

Reservations are taken for stays and for projects that will use the studios. Reservations are also required for restaurant and beach use.

The reservation packages offered at our facility are:

• Studio Use & Stay (Bed & Breakfast) — Studio access with breakfast included
• Studio Lockout — Studios A & B — Exclusive use of both main studios
• Production Package — Extended stays for full album production
• Full Facility Lockout — All studios, all rooms, all amenities
• Writing Camps & Masterclasses — Group creative retreats with tailored programmes
• Food & beverage, celebration and launch events organised under the TEN brand, and accommodation packages

When submitting a reservation request, you must specify the type of reservation and how you intend to use the facility. Information about our reservation packages and their details is available in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of purcunda.com.

Separate terms of use apply to studio use. To learn about the specific conditions relating to studio use (reservation, use, services, cancellation and refunds), please review our studio terms of use.

Stays and studio use at our facility begin and end on the days and at the times originally requested. If you have additional accommodation or usage requests, please contact us. You will be informed subject to availability; PÜR Cunda and TEN Cunda do not guarantee that additional requests to your reservation can be accommodated.

When making a reservation request, you will be required to provide an image of your valid identity document (or a passport serving as identification). The identity document you submitted will also be requested in physical form at check-in. The name on your reservation must match the name on your identity document. All personal data you provide during the reservation is stored securely under our KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) procedures. For detailed information, please review our KVKK procedures.

A valid credit card is required for your reservation to be confirmed. The credit card used for the reservation must also be physically presented at check-in.

If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may notify us no later than 1 week before the reservation.

Payment Terms

Guests hosted at our facility agree to pay the accommodation reservation fees together with any additional service charges.

The confirmed reservation amount determined by the facility will be collected at the time of reservation. This amount will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation without a force majeure reason, if you do not change your reservation dates up to 1 week before your stay, or if you do not use the reservation. If a price difference arises from changing the reservation dates, that difference will be separately collected from you or refunded to you.

The remainder of the reservation amount will be collected from the credit card you provide during check-in at our facility.

Failure to make payments on the specified dates, or delays, may result in late payment penalties or cancellation of the reservation.

Chargebacks via credit card or payment systems are not possible for fees already paid. Otherwise, PÜR Cunda and TEN Cunda are entitled to collect that amount together with any resulting costs.

Any damage that may occur during your stay and your use of the facility areas will be covered from the credit card you have provided to us.

If you leave the facility before completing your reservation period, the amounts paid cannot be refunded.

Exchange rates are for information purposes only. Collection will be made at the rates determined by your payment institution.

VAT and other taxes are included in the amounts collected.

Use of the Facility

TEN Hotel

Check-in time for your stay is 15:00. Check-out time is 11:00.

A minimum length of stay may apply during certain periods (peak periods such as public holidays, vacations, summer season, etc.).

The information declared at the time of reservation must be complete and accurate. If it is determined that the information declared by the guest is not complete and accurate, and the guest does not correct the error, TEN Cunda has the right to cancel the reservation and refuse admission of the guest(s) to the facility. In this case, the full reservation amount may be collected.

The maximum number of persons specified for the reservation may not be exceeded.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible for an additional charge, subject to availability, and will be communicated to you separately upon request.

We are pleased to assist guests staying at TEN Cunda with everything from room preferences to restaurant reservations, studio planning and arranging outside activities.

Upon request, we are happy to arrange private transfers or car rental for your travel to our facility.

PÜR Studios

Our facility offers 4 world-class, meticulously built recording rooms with different characteristics, a mastering room, and common areas. For the terms of use relating to studio use, please review the studio area terms of use.

Subject to availability, studio sessions are also available for guests who are not staying at the TEN hotel. To plan your project together, please contact us via our contact form or via the email and/or phone number stated on our website.

Depending on your reservation type, PÜR Cunda may restrict your use of the studio areas during your visit to the facility, and these areas must not be entered without permission.

TEN Restaurant

Under the leadership of Chef İsmail Çakır, and in line with our commitment to sustainability, we aim to offer our guests a unique experience with menus carefully crafted in proud collaboration with trusted local producers who share our passion for quality and seasonality.

Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-conscious options are available on the TEN Restaurant menu or can be specially prepared upon request. Please inform us in this regard.

TEN Restaurant is open to all our guests and to outside reservations. Dinner is served between 19:00 and 23:00, with the last seating at 21:00.

TEN Beach

Our TEN Beach operates on a membership basis and applies a 13+ age policy. The beach is open every day during the summer months from 10:00 to 19:00. Entry is free for all hotel guests. Day passes may be issued for outside visitors subject to availability. Our all-day food and beverage menu is available at the beach.

General Rules

Our aim at the facility is to make every guest feel they are in their own personal space. For this reason, in order to ensure the comfort of all our guests and general peace, we kindly ask our guests to observe our hotel rules.

• Guests over the age of 13 are accepted for stays at our facility.
• We love animals; however, to protect the integrity of our recording environment and the comfort of all our guests, we can only accept pets under certain conditions. Subject to our prior approval, pets may be accepted in the outdoor areas of our facility. However, we cannot accept them in our indoor areas (rooms, studios, indoor restaurant areas, etc.). If you have a special situation you would like to discuss, please contact us and we will do our best.
• Smoking is not permitted in our rooms and studio. You may use the designated smoking areas at our facility. A penalty may be applied if smoking occurs in non-smoking areas.
• Breakfast and room cleaning are included in your accommodation fee. To save water and protect the environment, towels are changed on the 3rd day unless you request otherwise. You can meet all your food and beverage needs at the bar, restaurant and (depending on the season) beach areas of our facility.
• We kindly ask you not to consume alcohol outside the bar, beach and restaurant areas of our facility.
• The private lives and personal space of all guests staying at our facility must be respected, and behaviour that could violate the privacy of private life must be avoided. We trust that during your stay and studio use you will not engage in behaviour that could disturb the peace of our other guests and the local community.
• Weapons, explosives and narcotics are prohibited throughout our facility. If a guest brings a prohibited substance, we will be legally obliged to report this to law enforcement.
• Parking is available for our guests outside the facility. Please observe all traffic rules and restrictions when parking.
• For your safety, closed-circuit security cameras (CCTV) record audio and video in certain sections of our facility.

Termination, Indemnity and Liability

The guest declares and undertakes to comply with the rules in these terms of use. These terms of use are deemed accepted upon submission of reservation and/or usage requests to us. If the guest breaches any condition and does not remedy the breach, all services to be provided may be cancelled by PÜR Cunda and TEN Cunda. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be made to the guest, and the guest will be required to leave the facility.

• Failure to make payments on the specified dates, or delays, may result in late payment penalties or cancellation of the reservation. In the event of reservation cancellation and/or leaving the facility before completing your reservation period, the amounts paid cannot be refunded.
• The guest shall indemnify PÜR Cunda and TEN Cunda for any damage arising from the guest's own breaches or negligence.
• To the extent permitted by law, PÜR Cunda and TEN Cunda are not liable for indirect damages, injuries or losses.
• Valuables are the responsibility of our guests. You may use the safes provided in the rooms to store your valuables. In addition, no safekeeping service will be provided by facility staff.
• While using our facility, we kindly ask you to avoid behaviour that could damage the rooms, studio equipment or the facility in general, and to use them with care. If damage arises from your use, we will need to claim it from you.
• Events such as concerts, talks, exhibitions and performances may be held in designated areas of our facility (studio lounge, beach, common areas, etc.). Tickets will be sold for attendance at these events. During these events, the use of some areas may be restricted and you are kindly asked not to enter restricted areas.
• Health issues that may arise within the boundaries of our facility are the responsibility of our guests. Necessary health and safety measures have been taken at our facility; we cannot be held liable for risks arising from circumstances not disclosed to us by the guest or against which we could not take precautions.
• Pür Cunda Studios and TEN Hotel and Restaurant are not responsible for personal belongings forgotten, lost or stolen throughout the facility and in the beach area.
• If you have left belongings behind after check-out and wish to retrieve them, please call us immediately; arrangements will be made for shipping. The shipping fee will be communicated to you and, with your approval, charged to the credit card on file.
• Pür Cunda and TEN Cunda cannot be held responsible for noise such as lawful works noise on neighbouring properties or in the vicinity, construction noise, or music noise from other establishments.
• Pür Cunda and TEN Cunda cannot be held responsible for infrastructure-related electricity, water, gas, internet or telephone outages.

We would like to remind you that during your stay you will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and that these laws must be fully observed. In the event of a dispute, Turkish Law will apply, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of the İstanbul Anadolu Courthouse will have jurisdiction.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

Every piece of data you share with us during your stay and use of our facility is kept confidential and protected under our privacy and personal data protection policies. Under no circumstances is any information relating to your stay — your identity, your recordings, your rehearsals, your images, etc. — shared with third parties. Our facility staff exercise the utmost care and sensitivity in complying with the rules on privacy of private life and protection of personal data. We kindly ask our guests to show the same sensitivity and care towards other guests staying at the facility.
